Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to Tenderfy purchased from Round Out (Pty) Ltd ("Tenderfy", "we", "us"). Payments and refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Tenderfy, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, you can:

  • visit paddle.net using the email address linked to your purchase and follow the prompts; or
  • email us at support@tenderfy.co.za with your order number and we will work with Paddle to process the refund.

Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Renewals & cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly). You can cancel at any time from the Subscription page in Tenderfy or via the Paddle customer portal — cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

For renewal charges (i.e. after the initial 30-day window), refunds may still be considered on a case-by-case basis where the charge was unintended or the Service was materially unavailable. Contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we will review your request together with Paddle.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a chargeback. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.
